That's No Way To Treat a Ladybug...
The play was about Bugs' rights. They went to Washington D.C. to protest for their rights. They wanted the Jitterbug to be the national dance. They wanted the right to vote, and to not get squashed, smashed, or sprayed! (Good Luck there!) They also wanted the phrase "You Bug Me" to be taken out of our language. :o) Kolton Dahl was the cutest beetle, next to her, with his "bug eyed goggles". Her friend Sarah was Little Miss Muffet. What an adorable class. They have been practicing for two months! ALL the kids did a great job. Mrs. Phillips has been a fabulous teacher! What a great year!
The days go by fast and the school years seem to go by even faster. Thank heaven for video cameras built into small cameras! It makes life so sweet to capture these fleeting moments of my little girl's 8 year old life! The good news about this little play is that now Olivia's Halloween Costume is DONE for 2009!! Yippee!
The Grand Finale...
