6 days to Christmas! Yay!

I haven't blogged for so long. These are some of the reasons:
  • 87 students Fall Semester
  • 8-9 extra whiny ones who took a lot of extra time!
  • Writing a chapter for a book which comes out in May.
  • The Primary Program
  • Revising the chapter--which was due December 10th
  • The semester ending December 11
  • Grading 87 people's papers, projects, lesson plans, etc.
  • Primary nativity scene for the Christmas Party
  • Hosting dinner parties (so FUN!)
  • cooking for dinner parties (more FUN!)
  • sewing with Amy for 6 hours for the nativity scene for the Christmas Party
  • Twittering
  • Primary Service project with YM/YW (which was a blast!)
  • more grading..these things take a lot of time
  • dashing to the store, dashing to school, dashing to get presents, always dashing!
  • starting a new company
  • cooking, more cooking, and still the cookies to make for the Cookie Tree!
  • evening events with work, church, and Kent's clients
  • Seeing Natalie Cole & Mormon Tab with Kent's adorable clients
  • meeting weekly with people to start a new company
  • working with Isaac on his speech. constantly.
  • faculty parties and meetings
  • Isaac's Preschool Christmas Program (adorable)
  • Olivia's sing-around @ school (adorable)
  • trying to be nice :o)
  • still grading... almost done!
  • cleaning up after a naughty (but sweet and adorable) boy all day. every day.
  • Excited for Christmas!! Simple this year, but always special.
  • First year in 11 years we didn't send a Christmas card--Why not? see list above

I'm so thankful for sweet friends, meaningful work, two adorable children, and an amazing husband. My heart aches for those who are experiencing profound loss, lonliness, and illness at this time of year, especially. MERRY CHRISTMAS! Hope we get some more snow soon :o)
